Accessibility Accessibility
Sovors wants every shopper to be able to browse, choose and buy comfortably, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement explains what we do today, what we are still improving, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Our standard
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our storefront runs on Shopify, and the checkout is Shopify's own accessible checkout. The parts we design ourselves (navigation, search, product pages, cart, popups) are built with keyboard access, visible focus states, readable contrast and descriptive labels in mind.
What you can expect
- Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have labels and clear error messages.
- Text can be resized to 200% without losing content.
- Motion is kept short, and the rotating home banner and prompts can be dismissed.
Known limitations
Product photos and descriptions come from many makers and suppliers. Some older listings may still have missing alternative text or images that contain text. We review and fix these as we find them, and we prioritise any page you report.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of sovors.com is hard to use, email sovorsgadget@gmail.com with the page link and what happened. We answer within two business days and will help you complete your order another way in the meantime.
