Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number (it starts with #) as proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email sovorsgadget@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you, and in most cases you do not need to send the item back.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened personal-care items, earphones, or items marked as final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, colour or product is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 days to show it. Return shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, use the return process above.
