Three ways to see where your parcel is.
1. The shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Tap it to see live updates from the carrier. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of the email.
2. Your Sovors account
Sign in and open the order to see its status and tracking number. If you checked out as a guest, use the order link in your confirmation email.
3. Ask us
Email sovorsgadget@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we will send you the latest status. We answer within one business day.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: typically 5 to 12 business days depending on destination; remote areas can take longer.
- Customs or holidays can add a few days. If nothing has moved for 10 days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
