This agreement governs makers, brands and suppliers ("Sellers") whose products are offered through sovors.com. By listing a product with Sovors you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
Sovors curates products from independent sellers and presents them to shoppers in one place. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Sovors handles the storefront, customer service and payment collection, and the Seller supplies the product as described.
2. Listings
- Titles, descriptions, photos and specifications must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- Sellers must hold any licences, certifications or safety approvals required to sell the product in the shopper's country.
- Sovors may edit listings for style, decline products or remove them at any time.
3. Pricing, fees and payouts
Retail prices are set with the Seller. Sovors keeps the agreed commission and pays the Seller for delivered orders on the schedule stated in the Seller's onboarding email, net of refunds and chargebacks.
4. Fulfilment
- Orders ship within the processing time shown on the listing, with tracking where available.
- Products must match the listing and arrive in new, undamaged condition with appropriate packaging.
- Sellers honour our 30-day return policy and cooperate on warranty claims.
5. Prohibited items
Counterfeit or replica goods, recalled products, weapons that are illegal in the destination country, hazardous materials and anything that violates applicable law may not be listed.
6. Intellectual property
Sellers keep ownership of their content and grant Sovors a licence to use product names, photos and descriptions to promote the products on the store, in emails, notifications, ads and social media.
7. Data and privacy
Customer data shared for fulfilment may only be used to deliver the order. Sellers must not add customers to their own marketing lists.
8. Term and termination
Either party may end this agreement with 14 days' notice. Open orders must still be fulfilled and the return window honoured.
9. Liability and law
Sellers are responsible for product safety and compliance and indemnify Sovors for claims arising from their products. This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Sovors' place of business.
